IN SHORT
- Credits are bought in packs — from €49 for 1,500 up to 100,000 in a single purchase — and they never expire. Building and changing your system is what spends them.
- Keeping your systems running draws 750 credits a month from the same balance: hosting, database, backups, updates and support, for the whole account however many systems it holds. There is no subscription and no monthly fee.
- Running out pauses building and the AI features inside your system. The rest of it keeps serving, and there is never a surprise bill.
- A limited offer, running now: new customers get up to 10,000 credits for 7 days, counted from when they register.
What a credit is
Credits are what building and changing your system consumes. Creating a screen, adding a field, generating a report — each uses a few. Simply using the finished system day to day costs almost nothing. The exception is the AI features working inside your system, which consume credits while it runs rather than only while it is being built.
Nothing resets and nothing refills on its own. Credits sit in your account until you spend them, however long that takes, and the account shows the balance and what the last change cost. You will not find out by being stopped mid-sentence.
What keeping it running costs
It comes out of the same balance you build with, so there is only one thing to buy on this site. The €49 pack covers two months of running; the €199 pack covers twenty. What it pays for is your systems staying up and being looked after, which costs us something every month whether you are building or not.
There is no subscription, no setup fee, no charge per user and no annual contract. An account with no system on it is charged nothing at all — the draw starts when there is something to keep running.
If the balance will not cover the coming month we write to you and take nothing. The systems keep running for another 14 days; after that they are suspended rather than deleted, and the first pack you buy brings everything straight back.
| What it is | Per month | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting & support | 750 credits | Every system on your account kept running — hosting in Frankfurt, the database, continuous backups, platform updates and support. However many systems you have, it is one draw on the account. |
Credit packs
Credits are bought when you need them and not on a schedule. They do not expire, so the pack you buy for a first build is the same pack that pays for a change six months later; nothing is lost by buying more than this month needs, and nothing is lost by buying less.
The four packs above 4,000 credits are sold at an introductory price until 30 September; on 1 October they go to €399, €999, €1,449 and €2,399 and stay there. Credits bought at the introductory price are ordinary credits — they do not expire and they are not spent first.
| Pack | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| +1,500 credits | €49 | A second system, or a significant rebuild. |
| +4,000 credits | €119 | A major project on top of the usual work. |
| +15,000 credits | €199 until 30 September, then €399 | A quarter of an agency's work, or a system rebuilt from the ground up. |
| +40,000 credits | €499 until 30 September, then €999 | A year of continuous building, bought once. |
| +60,000 credits | €729 until 30 September, then €1,449 | Several systems built side by side, or one that keeps growing. |
| +100,000 credits | €1,199 until 30 September, then €2,399 | Everything one business will build for years, settled once. |
The free week
A new customer is given up to 10,000 credits for 7 days, and the week runs from the moment they register — 5,000 land the moment you register, and the other 5,000 the first time you open the studio.
This is a current offer rather than a permanent part of the product. The size can change and the offer can end; what has already been granted stays for the week it was granted for. If you are reading this page some time after it was written, the figure above is the one in force — it is generated from the same number the grant uses.
Whatever is left at the end goes back. The credits are there to get you started, not to sit unused, and they cannot be exchanged for money. Credits you have bought are not part of this: they are outside the free week and never expire.
You are warned before it ends rather than after. When it does end, nothing you built goes down — building stops, and so do the AI features inside it, until a pack of credits restarts both. Keeping the system itself up from then on draws 750 credits a month from the same balance.
What running out actually does
When the credits are gone, two things pause instead of billing you: the studio stops building, and anything inside your system that calls the AI itself stops answering. Everything else carries on — your screens stay up, your staff keep using them, the scheduled jobs keep running and your data is untouched. You buy another pack when you are ready; there is no monthly refill to wait for, which is the other side of credits never expiring.
This is deliberate: an unpredictable invoice is worse than a pause you can see coming.
Contract, invoices and changing plan
- No contract, no minimum term and nothing that renews. There is no subscription to cancel: you buy a pack when you want one, and the monthly draw stops by itself the moment there is nothing left running.
- Credits are never on a subscription. A pack is a one-off purchase; nothing recurs and nothing is charged automatically.
- Invoices are issued in euro with all legally required elements, using the company details you entered once, and are downloadable from the account.
- If a first build needs more than you expected, the alternatives are another pack or the fixed-fee launch service. Neither changes the 750 a month.
