€0.0327 PER CREDIT
A first system, built and adjusted until it fits.
PRICING
Building is paid for in credits, and credits you buy never expire — spend them this month or next year. Keeping your systems online is paid for out of the same balance: 750 credits a month for the whole account, however many systems are in it. There is nothing else to buy — no monthly fee, no setup fee, no charge per user, no annual contract.
Current offer
Before any of this: a free week of building, up to 10,000 credits, no card.
5,000 credits land the moment you register — the week starts there — and the other 5,000 the first time you open the studio. The size of the offer may change later, and credits already granted stay yours for the week.
This is what building costs, and it is the only part of the price that depends on how much you build. Buy a pack when you need it. What you do not spend stays in your account — there is no monthly allowance to lose.
The four packs above 4,000 credits are sold at an introductory price until 30 September — €199, €499, €729 and €1,199, roughly half of what they cost after that. On 1 October they go to €399, €999, €1,449 and €2,399 and stay there. Credits bought at the introductory price are ordinary credits: they do not expire and they are not spent first.

€0.0125 PER CREDIT · €999 FROM 1 OCTOBER
A year of continuous building, bought once and never counted again.
€0.0122 PER CREDIT · €1,449 FROM 1 OCTOBER
Several systems built side by side, or one that keeps growing without pause.
€0.0120 PER CREDIT · €2,399 FROM 1 OCTOBER
Everything one business will build for years, settled in a single payment.
Bigger packs cost less per credit. Nothing is spent automatically and nothing renews — you buy the next pack when the last one runs low, and if you build nothing for six months you buy nothing.
01 Keeping it running
A system that is live costs something every month whether you are building on it or not — the server it runs on, the database, the daily backups, the security updates and someone to answer you. That is taken as 750 credits a month from the balance you already have, for the whole account.
It used to be a separate monthly subscription. It is the same money and the same service; the difference is that there is now one thing to buy on this site instead of two, and one balance to watch instead of a balance and a card.
One draw for the account, not one per system. It is the same 750 whether you run one system or four, and it does not change with how many people use them. An account with nothing built on it pays nothing at all.
WHAT THE MONTHLY DRAW COVERS
| A month of running | 750 credits |
| The €49 pack | two months |
| The €199 pack | twenty months |
| Nothing built yet | nothing taken |
If the balance will not cover a month we write to you and nothing happens for a fortnight. After that the systems pause — they are not deleted, and the first pack you buy starts everything again exactly where it was.
02 Credits, explained
Credits are what building and changing your system consumes. Creating a screen, adding a field, generating a report — each uses a few. Simply using the finished system day to day costs almost nothing.
So the meter runs on work done to the system, and on nothing else. Not per customer record, not per order, not per hour anyone spends working in the finished system. A busy season costs no more than a quiet one.
Your account shows what is left at every moment, and nothing takes it away on a date. You will never find out you have run out by being stopped mid-sentence — the balance is on the screen you build from.
WHERE THE CREDITS GO
| Building the first version | the whole free week |
| Adding a new form or report | a small fraction |
| Adjusting prices or wording | negligible |
| Your team using the system | negligible |
The first build is the heavy one. After that most businesses spend a fraction of a pack a month — which is exactly why the credits are sold in packs that wait for you rather than in an allowance that empties itself.
03 What is not on the bill
It is worth saying plainly, because most software is sold the other way round. There is no subscription here, no seat licence, no setup fee and no minimum term. You buy credits, and out of that one balance comes both the building and the 750 a month that keeps your systems online — hosting, the database, the daily backups, the security updates and someone to answer you.
Those running costs do not stop in a month when you build nothing, so the monthly draw does not stop either. But nothing expires and nothing renews: there is no allowance to use or lose, no reason to rush a build to the end of a month, and a quiet quarter costs you 750 credits a month and not a cent more.
THE HONEST TRADE
| Monthly fee | None — credits only |
| Credits you buy | Never expire |
| People using the finished system | No charge |
| Second and third system | Same 750 a month |
| Setup fee | None |
| Minimum term | None — nothing renews |
The first pack is the heavy one, because it builds the system. After that most businesses are only covering the monthly 750 until they ask for the next change.
04 Compared with the alternative
| An agency build | CodiVibes | |
|---|---|---|
| Up front | €8,000 – €20,000 | €199 for the pack that builds it |
| Time to first working version | 3 – 6 months | 5 – 10 days |
| A change after launch | New quote, weeks of waiting | Ask for it, a few credits |
| Ongoing hosting & maintenance | Billed separately, per system | 750 credits a month, whole account |
| If it isn't right | Change request | Say so, it gets changed |
05 Questions
Up to 10,000 build credits, 7 days, no card. The week begins the moment you register — 5,000 credits land there, and the other 5,000 the first time you open the studio. Whatever is unspent when the week ends goes back to us — the credits are there to get you started, not to sit still. Credits you buy have no expiry at all. Nothing you built is deleted, nothing is charged, and no debt appears: to carry on after the week you buy a pack of credits, and everything you made is waiting where you left it.
No, and there is nothing to cancel either. There is no subscription at all: you buy a pack of credits when you want one, nothing renews by itself and no card is kept charging in the background. A live system draws 750 credits a month from that same balance, so if you stop buying, the drawing simply stops with it.
No — there are no monthly plans at all, and no monthly fee either. You buy credits in packs, and everything is paid for out of that one balance: building costs what it costs, and a live system draws 750 credits a month for hosting, backups, support and keeping every system in your account online. The tiered plans we used to sell punished the quiet months — you paid for an allowance whether you built anything or not, and whatever went unused disappeared at the end of the month. Now a month in which you build nothing costs 750 credits, and a month in which you have built nothing at all costs nothing.
No. Credits you buy are yours until you spend them, whether that is this week or next year. There is no monthly allowance any more and so nothing resets — the balance only goes down when you spend it, on building or on the 750 a month that keeps a live system online. The only credits that can be taken back are the free ones from the trial week: whatever is left of those when the week ends goes back.
Not that day, and not that fortnight. The first thing that stops is changing it: the studio will not take a new instruction until there are credits to do the work with, while everything already built stays online and your staff keep working in it exactly as before — orders, invoices, customers, all of it. The monthly 750 is what keeps that running, so if the balance cannot cover a month we write to you and nothing happens for fourteen days. Only after that do the systems pause, and pause is all it is: nothing is deleted, and the first pack you buy starts everything again exactly where it was.
Nothing sudden, and nothing punitive. When the balance will not cover the next month of running we write to you and give you fourteen days, so an empty balance never takes your business offline the same afternoon. Use that fortnight to buy a pack or to export what you need. After it your systems are switched off, but they are not deleted — your data and everything you built are kept, and one pack brings them back. No debt accrues while they are paused: you are not billed for months in which nothing was running.
Yes. Add your company details once and every invoice is issued with them, in euro, with all legally required elements — ready to hand to your accountant. Every credit pack is invoiced, and since there is nothing else to buy, that is every euro you ever pay us.
More than the smallest pack holds. The free week is there to answer this at our expense rather than yours, and what we see is that a first build uses all of it — often the second ten thousand as well. So the pack that carries a first system onward is the 15,000 one, €199 until 30 September and €399 after it, not the 1,500. Nothing is wasted if you buy less: credits do not expire and the next pack simply continues. If you would rather not build it yourself, take the launch service, where our team does the first version with you for a fixed fee.
Yes, and the way to do it is to build the export into the system: ask the studio for a button that downloads every invoice for a date range as a spreadsheet, or every client record with its history, and it becomes something your staff can press whenever they want. Do it once, before the day you need it. Backups are a different thing — they live in our infrastructure, protect against our failures and are restored by us, so they are not a copy you hold. The data is yours to take; the software itself runs here and does not move to another host.
