Keeping your systems online comes out of the same balance: 750 credits a month for the whole account - hosting, database, daily backups, security updates and support. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-user charge, no annual contract.

Straight answers
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You describe what the business needs the way you would describe it to a new employee. Everything technical - the database, the hosting, the security, the backups - is handled and included.
Is this vibe coding?
Yes. Vibe coding means describing software in words instead of writing it in code. Here you describe what the system should do, it gets built, and you change it with the next description. The longer answer is here, including the four jobs it genuinely cannot do.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes - up to 10,000 starter credits, with a week to spend them and no card asked for. 5,000 credits land the moment you register, and the other 5,000 the first time you open the studio. The week runs from the moment you register. Whatever is unspent when the week ends goes back - the credits are there to get you started, not to sit still. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged; to carry on after the week you buy a pack of credits. Credits you buy have no expiry at all.
Who owns the system and the data?
You do. It runs on its own address with its own database, and you can export your data at any time. Nothing is shared with other customers.
What if I need something changed later?
That is the point of it. You ask for the change in plain language and it is made - usually in minutes. Businesses change constantly; software that cannot follow is why the spreadsheet survives.
Can my team use it in Bulgarian?
Yes. The systems we build are in Bulgarian - every screen, label and message your staff sees. The building tool itself is currently in English, with a Bulgarian option that is still being completed.
What if I run out of credits?
Two things pause first: the studio stops building, and anything inside your system that calls the AI itself stops answering. Everything else carries on - your screens stay up, your staff keep using them, the scheduled jobs keep running and your data is untouched. Keeping that up draws 750 credits a month, so if the balance cannot cover a month we write to you and give you a fortnight before the systems pause; nothing is taken automatically and no invoice arrives by surprise. We would rather pause something you saw coming than bill you for something you did not.
What happens if I stop buying credits?
When the balance will not cover the next month of running we write to you and give you fourteen days, so an empty balance never takes your business offline the same afternoon. After that your systems are switched off but not deleted - your data and everything you built are kept, and one pack brings them back. You can export at any point, there is no minimum term, and no debt accrues while they are paused.
Do you issue a proper invoice for accounting?
Yes - a compliant invoice with all required details, issued in euro and downloadable from your account. Your accountant will not have to ask you for anything.
